The meeting was called to order by the President at about 8:01 pm CDT
The system failed about 8:05 and resumed on ZOOM about 8:35, hosted by john Wubbel.
The minutes of the May Meeting were approved with all yea votes.
The Secretary’s Report: George – There are 123 paid members for 2020, 65 for 2021,
19 for 2022, 7 for 2023 and 1 for 2024.

Old Business:
Chicago: A group is trying, need people to sign up for room nights early also table reservations.
If there is not enough interest, they will cancel after a 30 day test.
2021 Convention. Matt Norby is having a committee meeting soon, has help and it’s looking
promising. He has filed for LLC with Colorado. Double Tree room rate $129/night. Dates: June 15 –
20, 2021 (Father’s Day weekend). For accounting and advertising call Matt at 303-667-7197.
Rich Module Report: Reviewing previous standards. He wants as many people as possible to
participate. A 2004 module is available for use.
There is 1 VC car available.
Each of us are supposed to write up “What’s on the workbench”, 1 page write up and 1 or 2 pics.
New Business:
Nick will be heading O Scale Central. A developed plan is ready to go into action but he needs help,
need dedicated web site to be the one place or all O Scalers to meet, there will be multiple sites
serving different needs but all linked to one another. A final site will be O Scale videos, you tube.
