This is to update you on the planning for the 2025 meet.

The name of the meet will be changed to the event’s original name: O Scale West. The phrases Narrow Gauge West and S West will be dropped from the name; narrow gauge and S Scale attendance will continue to be recognized and encouraged in OSW’s communications.

It is time to recognize that the old days of OSW with 200 tables sold and more than 500 attendees are gone; until the demand changes, OSW will be planned to be a 100 table 200 attendee event.

Lastly, a long term goal that will take some time to implement, is that the meet will be moved from Memorial Day weekend to OSW’s historical early February dates. The earliest this can happen is in 2026, so stay tuned – when we have a contract in place an announcement will be made on our website.
