This month’s program will include:
- Andy Edelman, who coordinates the Atlas-MTH partnership, will be back on the program to tell us what is happening at OS2R’s largest manufacturer and importer. He will have more detail on new releases as well as where he sees the Scale going.
- 3D Central is building a business making both 3D printing and kit design on a production basis (36 printers working at last count). A number of 3D Central’s pieces, parts and cars are or will be available in O Scale. Matt Hermann, who heads 3D Central, will talk us through what his company does and how to take advantage of its capabilities to bring your favorite project to reality.
- Also in August, Miniprints offers hundreds of detail parts, all 3D printed, all scalable to be available in O Scale.
- Miniprints’ Bernie Hellen will tell us about how Miniprints operates and O Scale fits into his product line. Hint: it is on an equal footing with other scales.
- The program will include “news you can use” and input and announcements from program participants. This program is open to all O Scale 2 Rail modelers; you do not have to be an O Scale Central Member (although we hope you will see what we are doing and support us)
- Your questions, announcements and mutual help requests are always welcome!

We welcome Greg Viggiano as Coordinator for O Scale Central Online programs and Ryan Schawyer as Social Media Coordinator to raise OS2R visibility, generate content and interact, an Outreach Coordinator to build OS2R presence at train shows, NMRA meetings and RPM meets and a Video Editor to work on online programming.
