We surveyed our attendees regarding their preferences.  The response was marvelous!  As a result of what our attendees told us we have reinvented the meet: new dates, new schedule, and lowered admission prices.

The meet was moved from the Memorial Day weekend to earlier in the year, Friday and Saturday March 6-7, 2026.  Friday will be setup and a part day swap meet, Saturday will include set up and a full day swap meet. Of course, the model contest, clinics, and layout visits are included. New this year will be the inclusion of scale 3-rail. As always, S scale and all scales narrow gauge are included.

Registration fees were lowered to $35 for individuals/family for Friday and Saturday and $25 for individuals/family for Saturday only. Vendor fees are unchanged (see our web site for vendor fees).

The location was moved to the IFES Society Hall in Mountain View, CA.
The nearest lodging facility, The Hampton Inn, has reserved a block of rooms at a favorable price for OSW attendees; a link to register is available on the OSW website.  The special room rates are available for March 6 and March 7.  There is a hard cut off date, January 20, for making room reservations.
