RESERVE THE DATES:  FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2025 AND SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2025

The Meet will be held at the Archery Traditions of Oklahoma in Yukon, OK, a suburb of Oklahoma City (same facility as last year).  Doors will open for set up at 11:00AM on Friday, October17 with trading beginning when you are set up and continuing until 9:00PM.  On Saturday, October 18, we will convene at 8:00AM with the Meet closing at 3:00PM.   We will have clinics scheduled for 9:00AM and 10:30AM along with a “show and tell” program at 1:00PM, all on Saturday.   WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BRING A MODEL OR PROJECT, FINISHED OR UNFINISHED, TO SHOW.  Following the Meet, all are invited to visit the Oklahoma Model Railroad Association & Museum, Inc. “O” Scale layout at the Museum in Oklahoma City.

Registration information will be coming in a few weeks. It will include information about the Friday evening BBQ dinner and Saturday Lunch as well as a block of rooms that have been reserved at a special rate at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Yukon.
